Today Pasadena City Council will meet to decide if a measure will be placed on the November ballot.
The measure is intended at attracting a National Football League to the Rose Bowl.
The N-F-L would have the right to play at the Rose Bowl for 25 years, in substitute of a five-hundred Million dollar stadium renovation.
Later on this month N-F-L owners could decide to endorse a Southland franchise.
The last professional team to play in the Los Angeles area was the Raiders before they moved to Oakland. (Written for broadcast)
